As CTO of korTRON Group, I bring 25 years of experience as a solutions architect and engineering leader to a portfolio that spans deep technical and regulatory products.

That range is exactly why I'm here: korTRON isn't betting on one industry, it's applying the same disciplined judgment to wherever AI can genuinely carry load, whether that's regulatory compliance tooling or helping another founder mobilise their first idea.

I'm a firm believer in blending AI into the development process without losing the craft of writing good code: AI accelerates the work, but it doesn't replace the architecture decisions and attention to detail that make software maintainable at scale.

I hold our teams to consistent coding standards for the same reason: it's what lets a codebase outlive any one person who touches it, the difference between technical debt and technical leverage.

What I enjoy most isn't just solving the hard problem, it's the moment right after: explaining the root cause clearly enough that the person I'm working with actually owns the solution, not just the fix. That's the standard I hold the whole organisation to.
