These terms govern your use of Side Founder, operated by KORTRON GROUP LTD (company number 17240580). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
The service
Side Founder helps people develop and submit business ideas and book consultations about AI automation support. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features at any time. We do not guarantee that any idea or request will receive funding, partnership, or a particular outcome.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Side Founder. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate contact information so we can reach you about your submissions.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile. Deletion removes your account and associated submissions from our active systems, subject to limited retention described in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes
- Submit content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy rights
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to use
- Disrupt the platform, including through automated scraping or abuse of forms
- Harass other users or our team
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or pose a risk to the service or others.
Your content and submissions
You retain ownership of ideas, descriptions, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant KORTRON GROUP LTD a non-exclusive licence to store, review, and use that content to operate Side Founder, evaluate submissions, and communicate with you about them.
You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Our intellectual property
The Side Founder name, branding, software, and site content (excluding your submissions) belong to KORTRON GROUP LTD or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as needed to use the service normally.
Disclaimer
Side Founder is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Limitation of liability
KORTRON GROUP LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of £100 or the amount you paid us to use Side Founder in the 12 months before the claim (if any), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Third-party services
The site may rely on hosting, email delivery, and automation services operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices may apply in addition to ours where relevant.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. For material changes, we may notify registered users where appropriate.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
